John Oliver Exposes The Right-Wing Media Empire Taking Over Your Local News
Sinclair Broadcast Group is the largest owner of local TV stations in the country. That's alarming considering that they often inject political views into local news.

Crazy: Cabbage Patch Playdate
Here is the first of what I suspect will be quite a few more postings from the television show My Crazy Obsession on TLC. There's nothing particularly crazy about Cabbage Patch Kids Dolls, until you throw in some 30 and 40 something adults with a little bit too much time on their hands. Let the crazy begin!

Seinfeld Trailer - The dramatic, touching, uplifting story of George Costanza
We here at Clearly Inc. clearly loves Seinfeld. Even to this day, we find ourselves incorporating various expressions and other Seinfeld-born humor. ......."Who is this???"....... CLASSIC!
Though it has been 11 years since the series has been off the air, the show lives on in syndication. In fact, this year the series remains in the top 10 most syndicated US television shows. And if that isn't enough, Jerry Seinfeld rakes in an astounding $82 MILLION per year in residuals from that little "show about nothing." Ok, for a show about nothing, that $82 million sure as hell appears to be something -- or at least the kind of nothing I am seeking.
This cleaver video uses a collection of clips of scenes with the character George Costanza (played by actor Jason Alexander) and rearranges them to create a dramatic movie trailer about George. Now, the dramatic, touching, uplifting story of George Costanza.....

Handsome Men's Club
Check out a recently filmed meeting of The Handsome Men's Club featuring a star studded group of Hollywood's Handsomes. Jimmy Kimmel serves as the club's President currently and coincidently The Jimmy Kimmel Show is where this segment aired originally.
Let the narcissism and self aggrandizing begin!
Clearly Inc. would like to take this opportunity to thank all the disgusting and unattractive people of the world for being who they are. It is these unattractive folk who help to make we attractive people so damn irresistibly attractive.

Green Screen Usage - Wow, that's a lot of Green
This video is from the Stargate Studios Virtual Backlot Reel 2009. Green Screen, or chroma keying, is a technique for mixing two images or frames together in which a color (or a small color range) from one image is removed (or made transparent), revealing another image behind it. A common example is the television weather man standing in front of the weather map images. This video shows examples of just how often Green Screens are used in television filming these days. It's quite amazing to see what you thought was real is all just an illusion.

Mariah Carey and "That" Speech
Ok, so Mariah Carey was presented with the Breakthrough Actress award at the Palm Springs International Film Festival awards gala on Tuesday, January 5th for her performance in the film Precious: Based on the Novel Push by Sapphire. I have not yet seen the movie, but have heard great things about the movie and I want to see it, soon hopefully. She is clearly drunk, which makes for a bit of an embarrassing speech.
This first video is her actual acceptance speech, in its entirety. The short version has been getting much more circulation around the web, but I think seeing her entire speech shows that she does pull it back together for the actual content of the speech.
The following night, Carey attended the People's Choice Awards which gave her an opportunity to comment on the previous night's happenings. The following video is her chatting with reporters backstage.
Ok, that's it. Congratulations Mariah and thanks for the laughs -- good save.

Men on Film II
Ok kids, here's your history lesson for today -- take note.....
In Living Color was a sketch comedy television series that aired in the early 1990's. Brothers Keenen and Damon Wayans created, wrote and starred in the program. Men on Film was a recurring sketch appearing on the show featuring Damon Wayans and David Alan Grier. In this parody of Siskel & Eber, a pair of extremely effeminate gay men, Blaine Edwards and Antoine Merriweather, review films completely based on their potential for homoerotic content. It is from here the phrase "Hated It!" was born.

Maya Angelou recites a Craigslist classic
Maya Angelou demonstrates her award winning skills as an author of poetry by finding poetic verse in seemingly the most unlikely of places -- the personal ads on Craigslist. Yes, this is some good stuff.
"No fats, No fems..." I couldn't agree more! :)

Good Morning Meth (the repost)
This was posted a few years ago, but I felt it needed to be revisited. This was originally aired on SNL in 2005. This is the entire "Good Morning Meth" skit, all 4 minutes and 8 seconds worth. ;)
